Shipping Information:

• Orders with Standard Shipping or Priority Mail will typically arrive 3-5 business days from the time of your order, usually taking 2 days to arrive after being shipped.  We usually ship within 2 business days of receiving your payment sometimes it can be 3, and sometimes we ship the same day.
  
• If you would like to make your order a RUSH shipment, please choose Express  Mail when you check out.  These "Rush" shipments will typically arrive in 2-3 business days, taking 1 day to arrive after being shipped.
  

• When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification (make sure your email address is correct!) unless you choose First Class mail.  You get Delivery Confirmation for free, except on First Class mail.

• If you choose UPS, you receive a tracking number by email and insurance up to $100 for free.     

• If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please give us a call at (888) 825-4112.

• Orders are normally shipped Monday - Friday.

• When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification (make sure your email address is correct!).

• BULK ORDERS, PLEASE NOTE:  To keep your price low, bundles of coolers are drop-shipped from the point of origin, and will typically have a processing time of 2-4 days then they are shipped via UPS Ground.  For pallets of coolers, prcessing time is 3-5 days then they transported by a freight trucking company.
